QHSE Manager

About the role

The Mazzraty Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead quality, health, safety and environmental initiatives across its poultry operations in Doha. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest food safety standards, minimizing workplace risks and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QHSE policies, procedures and standards for poultry production.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and Qatar food safety regulations.
• Monitor production processes, sanitation programs, temperature control, cold‑chain integrity and product traceability.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections and microbiological testing; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead occupational health and safety initiatives, risk assessments, PPE compliance and accident investigations.
• Organise emergency response plans, fire drills, evacuation procedures and first‑aid readiness.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through training, inductions and continuous improvement.
• Track and report QHSE performance metrics and ensure contractor compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QHSE management within food production or agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and local food safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety programs, conduct risk assessments and manage incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all organisational levels.
