Quality Specialist & Executive Assistant to GM

About the role

The Quality Specialist & Executive Assistant to the General Manager leads the implementation of quality‑assurance processes that align with the brand standards and guest expectations while providing high‑level administrative support to the GM. This hybrid role combines quality monitoring, guest service coordination, and office management to drive continuous improvement at the property level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality‑assurance procedures across the hotel.
• Greet visitors, manage reception duties and direct guests to appropriate areas.
• Prepare, read and respond to routine correspondence, letters and emails.
• Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, fax and courier services.
• Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records, reports and documents.
• Enter and retrieve data in hotel databases, update reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment such as telephone, fax, photocopier and calculator.
• Document guest requests or complaints and communicate them to the appropriate department.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality standards and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or hospitality operations.
• Strong administrative background, preferably supporting senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
