Real Estate Analyst – Doha

About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for a motivated Real Estate Analyst to join its Real Estate division in Doha. You will support the team in sourcing new properties, evaluating investment opportunities, and delivering strategic insights that drive growth across Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new properties, landlords, and local authority areas.
• Negotiate terms with owners and landlords.
• Conduct market research to spot real‑estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting Qatar’s real‑estate sector.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and update real‑estate databases ensuring data accuracy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real‑estate or related market analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.
