Real Estate Sales Manager – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and well‑connected Real Estate Sales Manager to drive property acquisition and business development across Qatar. The role focuses on identifying, acquiring and securing residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use assets for management, leasing or sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new property owners, developers and investors for management, leasing and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with major developers, landlords, investment groups and property owners throughout Qatar.
• Source residential towers, commercial buildings, labor accommodations, hotels, serviced apartments and mixed‑use projects for the company portfolio.
• Generate new business opportunities and negotiate management agreements with property owners.
• Develop strategic partnerships with developers and real‑estate investment companies.
• Monitor market trends, new developments and upcoming projects; maintain a database of potential properties, investors and developers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract preparation and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, acquisition or business development within Qatar.
• Strong network and connections with developers, landlords and investors in the Qatari market.
• Demonstrated track record of bringing high‑value properties and developments to a portfolio.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
