About the role
The Recruitment Officer partners with the Senior Recruitment Specialist to design and execute strategies that meet the company's manpower needs. This role ensures a smooth end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining compliance with Qatari labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the creation of the annual manpower plan together with senior HR leadership.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed sourcing plans, selection criteria, and interview guides.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and related documentation.
- Engage and brief recruitment agencies on role requirements and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular updates to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Generate recruitment activity reports for management.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Stay current on Qatari labor law and support employee‑relations matters as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
- Good knowledge of Qatari labor law (desirable).
- Proven ability to source both active and passive candidates.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter License
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP proficiency
- DAX for data analysis
- CBI (Competency‑Based Interview) interviewing knowledge
