Remote Fulfillment Assistant

About the role

MNTP Enterprise Company Limited, a privately held New York City luxury goods and jewelry business founded in 1999, offers a full-time remote position as Remote Fulfillment Assistant. The role keeps customer orders accurate, organized and moving efficiently from purchase through delivery, working with a distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process incoming orders, checking product details, quantities, shipping information and order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and fulfillment partners to support timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate digital records of orders, inventory movements, shipment tracking and customer-related updates.
• Monitor delayed, incomplete or unusual orders and share clear status updates with the right team members.
• Support inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies between product listings, stock records and fulfilled orders.
• Follow handling and documentation procedures for high-value luxury merchandise, protecting accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify recurring fulfillment issues and suggest practical improvements to workflows and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong organization and attention to detail when processing many orders and product records.
• Ability to verify order, address, product and shipment information accurately.
• Clear, professional written communication for status updates and issue resolution.
• Sound judgment and discretion with customer details and records of high-value merchandise.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines, work independently remotely and escalate exceptions promptly.

Required skills

• Comfort using spreadsheets, order-management platforms and inventory records.
• Basic understanding of inventory tracking, shipping workflows and fulfillment documentation.

What we offer

• Monthly pay of QAR 4,900 to 6,700.
• Incentive bonus.
