Research Executive - Market Research

About the role

Intelligence Qatar, a local market research boutique agency, is looking for a Research Executive. The role involves carrying out in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors and growth opportunities, and delivering research findings clearly and persuasively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for growth.
• Gather insights and data on various industries and target markets.
• Apply research methods such as surveys, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to achieve project objectives and strategic solutions in the local context.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and engage with Arabic-speaking focus group participants.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and present research findings clearly and persuasively.
• Work closely with other researchers, data analysts and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in market research roles, managing and delivering research projects.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects at once, and to draw on people of diverse backgrounds.
• Open to assisting with research and non-research support tasks.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research and how it leads to actionable recommendations.
• Facilitation of workshops, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
• High-level computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
