Reservation Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join the front‑office team at Mövenpick Hotel Doha. In this role you will manage incoming reservation requests through phone, email and other channels, providing excellent guest service while driving room sales. You will act as the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rates, room types and hotel services.
• Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate reservation details with the Sales and Front Office departments.
• Ensure all guest information and booking requirements are complete and correctly entered.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Familiarity with property management systems, preferably Opera or Fidelio.
• Strong communication abilities in English; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
