About the role

Join our vibrant restaurant team in Doha and be the first smile guests see. As a Restaurant Hostess you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage seating flow and ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and make them feel valued.
• Coordinate seating, maintain reservation lists and manage table turnover for a smooth dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions and look for ways to make each visit memorable.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Keep the host stand, waiting area and entrance clean, organized and inviting.
• Follow all health, safety and operational procedures while upholding Hilton’s hospitality standards.
