Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Warwick Hotels and Resorts is hiring a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager for its property in Zone 39. The manager oversees the daily operations of the on-site restaurant, ensuring a high-quality dining experience and consistent service standards. The role is open to Arabic speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the front-of-house and food and beverage teams, coordinate schedules and monitor service quality
• Maintain a welcoming environment for guests and handle guest feedback and service issues
• Manage inventory and ordering, support menu implementation and ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies
• Work with hotel leadership to meet revenue and cost-control targets
• Support staff training, performance management and operational improvements

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or supervisory role in hotels or restaurants
• Strong customer service focus and proven hiring and team leadership skills, including onboarding, coaching and performance management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Solid food and beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, service procedures and basic cost and inventory control
• Knowledge of health, safety and food-handling regulations; certification is an advantage
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
