Retail Learning Manager – Kuwait & Qatar

About the role

The Retail Learning Manager (Kuwait & Qatar) drives learning and development across the retail market so that teams have the knowledge, skills and capabilities to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet business objectives. Working closely with Retail Leadership, Store Directors, Team Managers and regional and global learning teams, the role identifies development needs, delivers learning initiatives and builds a culture of continuous learning, coaching and feedback. The aim is to develop confident Tiffany & Co. Brand Ambassadors who embody the Maison's values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail learning plans aligned with business objectives and regional and global priorities, and create monthly learning calendars including daily huddles, in-store training and regional sessions.
• Identify learning needs and capability gaps through store visits, performance analysis and collaboration with retail leadership, then partner with global and regional teams to adapt training to local needs.
• Observe client interactions and selling behaviour, work with Store Directors and Team Managers on sales performance and NPS, and deliver targeted coaching and learning solutions.
• Support store leaders in building their coaching, feedback and people management capabilities.
• Design, coordinate and run training on product knowledge, client experience, selling skills, brand storytelling and leadership, lead onboarding and induction for new hires, and run regional sessions and peer mentorship programmes.
• Track training participation and learning records, evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, support talent development and succession planning, and recommend targeted development opportunities.
