Risk and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Risk and Compliance Analyst will support the organization in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with various departments to embed robust governance, risk management and compliance frameworks across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments of operations and processes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop, implement and monitor risk management policies and procedures.
• Provide risk management guidance to other departments and support regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and governance committees.
• Stay current with industry regulations, assist with compliance audits, and investigate compliance issues.
• Deliver risk and compliance training to employees and maintain accurate records of activities.
• Perform quarterly ICOFR testing for in‑scope subsidiaries and respond to internal and external audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a public listed company, preferably with prior exposure to a Big Four firm.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIA are a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
