Room Attendant

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Mondrian Doha and ensure guest rooms and associated areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key part in delivering a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel hygiene standards.
• Refresh rooms daily with fresh linen, remove creases, dust furniture, and fully clean bathrooms.
• Replenish guest supplies, stationery, and VIP gifts each shift.
• Record serviced rooms, report any rooms that cannot be serviced, and note “Do Not Disturb” or double‑locked rooms.
• Dispose of rubbish and dirty linen correctly and ensure proper handling of guest property.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, report faults, and assist with stocktaking and special cleaning projects.
• Water and refresh guest room flowers and plants as required.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper or authorized management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
