Sales Account Manager (ICT Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Doha. You will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting our portfolio of ICT, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers across enterprise and SME markets.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Promote ICT Infrastructure, Networking, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Microsoft solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with presales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in ICT, System Integration, ELV, Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong account management and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
