About the role
We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive the distribution of Pharmapex products across Qatar. The role focuses on expanding product availability in supermarkets, pharmacies, health stores and online platforms while meeting monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Pharmapex products to retail outlets throughout Qatar.
- Visit supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, health stores and other FMCG points of sale.
- Open new accounts and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure regular orders and product availability.
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend replenishment.
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, demand and preferences.
- Ensure attractive product placement and proper display in stores.
- Coordinate deliveries, invoices, payments and promotions with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly activity.
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches as needed.
- Secure timely payment collection from customers.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, honey, supplements, pharmacies or retail distribution.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to visit customers daily and work independently.
- Valid Qatar driving licence (preferred).
- Arabic and English language skills (preferred).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proven ability to meet targets and handle sales pressure.
