Sales Executive - Marine Engines

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive for its Marine team in Doha, Qatar. The role drives sales growth of marine engines by finding new business opportunities, building relationships with boat builders, fishermen, retail customers and key accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. It also supports dealer and customer network development and promotes marine products in line with company objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with boat builders, fishermen, retail customers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention and satisfaction.
• Expand the active customer and dealer network to grow market share.
• Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, keep pipeline visible and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, service, spare parts, finance and marketing teams for smooth order processing, timely delivery and after-sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the marine, automotive or technical equipment sector.
• Good understanding of marine engines, boating industry dynamics and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and its customer segments (boat builders, fishermen, retail customers) is preferred.
