About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Sales Manager and use your Arabic language skills to drive group sales and create memorable guest experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for key market segments, turning leads into revenue while upholding Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify new business leads to exceed group sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships, serving as the main contact for assigned market segments.
- Analyze hotel and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
- Coordinate booking details, including rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry in the sales management system.
