Sales Manager – Cluster Sales, Doha

About the role

Four Seasons is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Cluster Sales team at Four Seasons Hotels Qatar, covering Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales and drives revenue performance across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the hotel's sales program and implement sales action plans by segment and geography as set out in the Commercial plan.
• Solicit business from local corporate, long-stay, group and leisure segments for rooms, food and beverage, banquet and other hotel business.
• Write strategic sales action plans, monitor accounts revenue and business production, and maximise up-selling opportunities.
• Plan sales trips to major markets, review direct competition, conduct research and keep the hotel database and central information system up to date.
• Complete weekly sales call reports, maintain account corporate profiles and run telemarketing and online research to qualify accounts.
• Host corporate familiarisation groups, hotel tours, trade shows and webinars, and cross-sell sister properties, F&B vouchers and spa services.
• Develop new accounts through site inspections, liaise with WSOs on leads, and keep close contact with the Meetings and Events team.
• Train and develop junior corporate and commercial sales staff, and meet or exceed the sales targets set by the Director of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and bilingual writing ability.
• Ability to represent the hotel professionally and to solve problems calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Direct sales and account management.
