Sales Manager – Construction Materials & Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across construction, industrial, and oil & gas markets. The successful candidate will lead B2B sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, EPC firms, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including technical discussions and negotiations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans for management.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and supply‑chain teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building products, chemical products, or oil & gas.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and key‑account management.
• Existing network and market knowledge within construction and oil & gas sectors is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence (preferred).
