About the role
We are seeking a passionate, relationship‑focused Sales Manager – Corporate to join The Ned Doha’s commercial team. In this fast‑paced luxury hotel environment you will build and nurture corporate client relationships, drive new business and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key business partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, networking events and site visits.
- Manage key accounts and create long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and account plans to support business success.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in luxury hospitality or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate market, preferably in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for creating opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Team‑player who brings positive energy to the workplace.
