Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue for Mondrian Doha by prospecting new accounts, nurturing existing relationships and executing targeted sales action plans. This role combines outbound outreach, contract negotiation and ongoing account management to meet room‑night and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through phone calls, site visits and written communication.
• Achieve daily appointment targets (minimum five appointments) and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring accurate reservations and signatures.
• Manage contracted accounts, set quarterly production targets and monitor performance.
• Compile market intelligence and update the Sales Information Management system.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, local associations and major travel functions as approved.
• Organise and accompany FAM and site‑inspection trips for key clients.
• Maintain high‑profile relationships with trade partners, local hotel associations and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a hospitality environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with corporate, consortia and leisure clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing accounts and delivering quarterly performance reports.
• Ability to gather and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
