Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director and is responsible for driving revenue growth of DarGlobal’s real‑estate portfolio. The role focuses on generating and converting leads from multiple sources, building lasting client relationships, and exceeding sales targets while adhering to corporate and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass sales targets for assigned property products.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, brokers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through self‑generated, broker and company leads.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information and activity reports.
• Visit target locations to expand the client database and promote product offerings.
• Provide clients with comprehensive product information, pricing and promotional offers.
• Present product demos and coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor projects and sales approaches.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property sales or related luxury/high‑end brands.
• Result‑oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Ownership mindset – accountable for outcomes and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration across functions.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to drive continuous improvement.
