About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Food FMCG business across Qatar and Bahrain. You will align company objectives with local market conditions, manage distributor relationships and drive growth and profitability in both markets.
Key responsibilities
- Set and monitor budgets, revenue targets and expenses for the Qatar and Bahrain markets.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales and distribution strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, acting as the main point of contact.
- Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Work with distributors to optimise delivery schedules, reduce lead times and improve cost efficiencies.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Provide continuous training and support to distributors for effective execution.
- Prepare regular performance, opportunity and risk reports and present recommendations to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in Food FMCG sales and distributor management.
- Strong understanding of distribution logistics and supply‑chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
