About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist with proven experience in the GCC Food & Beverage (F&B) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue across retail, HORECA, B2B, and corporate channels.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B/FMCG market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling F&B or FMCG products in the GCC region.
- Strong market knowledge of the GCC retail and HORECA landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
