Sales Specialist – Food & Beverage / FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist with proven experience in the GCC Food & Beverage (F&B) and Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts and driving revenue across retail, HORECA, B2B and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B / FMCG market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, retail outlets, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after‑sales support.
• Support the launch and promotion of new products and business initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong market knowledge of the GCC region, specifically in F&B and FMCG.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
