Sales Specialist – Paints & Coatings

About the role

Sendian Paints and Coats (SPC), a division of the Sendian Group, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the paints and coatings market. The role focuses on generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the paints and coatings market, using cold‑calling, networking, and market research.
• Present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, handling inquiries, and ensuring repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience specifically in paints and/or coatings.
• Valid Qatari driver’s licence and personal vehicle for client visits across the region.
• Self‑motivated professional with a strong track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to influence decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
