Sales Team Lead – Qatar

About the role

D Prime is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and expand market presence in Qatar. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and leadership of high‑performing sales teams within a regulated FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and grow the existing client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Lead, manage, and mentor sales, business development, and key account teams.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs for the assigned region.
• Oversee sales operations and collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve performance.
• Identify partnership opportunities and support deal development and closing.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards.
• Organize and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within Forex/CFDs.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
