SAP SD/CS Consultant

About the role

Jaidah Group is looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant to configure, support, optimize, and enhance its SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable SAP solutions and ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD and CS modules according to business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions for sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, returns, warranty, service orders, and customer service processes.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, workflows, forms, and user exits.
• Support UAT, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, business users, and external vendors throughout project delivery.
• Participate in Fit‑Gap analysis, business process mapping, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, and change‑management activities.
• Monitor system performance, recommend process improvements, and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP SD/CS Consultant in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD (sales order, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit management, output determination).
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP CS (service notifications, service orders, warranty, repairs, contracts, spare parts, billing).
• Experience in requirements gathering, Fit‑Gap analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing and deployment.
