Section Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Section Manager to lead MEP works on complex data‑center projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for driving field productivity, managing change, and ensuring technical excellence throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Issue daily and weekly installation plans and report progress to senior management.
• Enforce method statements, risk assessments and DSTI schedules on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries with Project Engineers and track inventory.
• Manage drawing and specification distribution and handle change orders.
• Monitor tools, consumables, KPIs and labour productivity.
• Ensure continuous HSE and QA/QC compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC processes and HSE standards.
• Proven site leadership and ability to produce technical documentation.
• Experience reporting to Construction and Project Managers.
