Senior Accountant – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department and support the financial operations of our real‑estate projects. The role will oversee full‑cycle accounting, ensure accurate reporting, and help drive the profitability of multiple developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete set of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month‑end / year‑end closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and project‑specific financial analyses for real‑estate developments.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and profitability across several real‑estate initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams to maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for current and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real‑estate or property development sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project accounting.
• Proven analytical ability, attention to detail, and comfort working with complex financial data.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting systems.
• Proficiency in ERP software.
