Senior Business Analyst - Digital Services Programme

About the role

A recruiter is supporting a major client in Qatar on a national digital services programme that brings services from multiple government and private-sector entities into a single citizen-facing mobile app. You will own the link between the client's business requirements and the vendor, and lead the process of identifying, eliciting and documenting requirements and taking them through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the link between the client's business requirements and the vendor.
• Lead the identification, elicitation and documentation of business requirements.
• Carry requirements through to production.

Required profile

• 8+ years in a business analyst role, including experience in a large, multi-stakeholder programme environment.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or another leading consulting firm is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science (MBA or Master's preferred).

Required skills

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or an Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO) are an advantage but not required.
