Senior Corporate Associate (Arabic/English)

About the role

Al Sulaiti Law Firm is looking for a bilingual Senior Corporate Associate to join its Doha team. The successful candidate will provide high‑level corporate and commercial advice to domestic and international clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Assist clients in establishing new companies in Qatar and other MENA jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance, including interactions with the General Tax Authority.
• Support tax planning matters and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Manage complex matters independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid legal qualification.
• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record in M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and company formation.
• Strong commercial judgment and solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• In‑depth knowledge of Qatari legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and tax matters.
