About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a growing hospitality group in Qatar. The role oversees multiple restaurant concepts and a central kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the daily operations of several restaurant kitchens and a central production kitchen.
- Develop and innovate brunch concepts, seasonal menus and specialty dishes for Australian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.
- Manage food costing, budgeting and inventory control to achieve profitability targets.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures, hygiene standards and quality control measures.
- Lead, mentor and evaluate kitchen teams, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of culinary leadership experience within the GCC.
- Proven track record managing multi‑brand restaurant operations and central kitchen production.
- Strong knowledge of brunch concepts and menu development.
- Hands‑on expertise in Australian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, consistency and culinary excellence.
