About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on shaping people strategy, driving organizational performance and fostering employee engagement within a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee performance management and organizational development activities.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding of key talent.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HR governance requirements.
- Utilise HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, performance management and change management.
- Experience in a large, fast‑paced, multicultural organisation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
