Senior IT Sales Account Manager

About the role
The Senior IT Sales Account Manager will drive the full sales cycle for iHorizons' portfolio of products and services, targeting new and existing customers across multiple sectors. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing complex deals, and expanding accounts through cross‑selling and upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads via professional networks, cold calling and other prospecting methods.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor, qualifying opportunities and aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Own the bidding process, ensuring high‑quality proposals and managing negotiations up to deal signing.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts while maintaining acceptable gross margins.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, overseeing the bidding cycle, project implementation and after‑sales support.
- Provide market, account and competitor intelligence to senior management.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and drive account expansion.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling large, complex IT solutions to enterprise customers.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
