Senior Manager CAMO – Helicopter

About the role

The Senior Manager CAMO – Helicopter will lead the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) for a growing helicopter fleet in Doha. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with QCAA regulations, oversees Part‑145 contracts, and drives safety, reliability and cost‑effectiveness across all maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an Aircraft Maintenance Programme and reliability programme to maximise fleet availability.
• Plan long‑term resources and strategies to support fleet growth and mitigate operational risks.
• Create and enforce procedures that guarantee sustainable regulatory compliance.
• Lead the development of policies ensuring safe, cost‑effective operations that meet all legislative and industry standards.
• Optimize manpower, resources and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and apply industry best practices to enhance organisational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related aviation discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including executive management and helicopter continuing airworthiness.
• Experience within QCAA and/or EASA regulatory environments.
• Proven project‑management and leadership capabilities.
