Senior Manager Commercial Efficiency

About the role

The Senior Manager Commercial Efficiency will lead Qatar Airways' Commercial Efficiency function, ensuring the commercial sales organisation operates with speed, consistency, and control. This role translates strategic direction into governance frameworks, capability programmes, and technology tools that drive profitable growth across all channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Commercial Efficiency strategy across Commercial Steering, Policies & Guidelines, Commercial Enablement & Capabilities, and Commercial Systems & Tools.
• Design and own the commercial governance architecture, including incentive philosophy, policy hierarchy, programme structures, and sales guidelines.
• Create and maintain the sales methodology and enablement framework for business travel, leisure, distribution, and trade segments.
• Own the commercial systems and tools roadmap, prioritising enhancements for Galaxy, Salesforce.com, the Trade Portal, and related platforms.
• Represent commercial efficiency interests in cross‑functional engagements with International Sales, Leisure & Business Travel, Doha Sales, and Revenue Management.
