Senior Manager Cyber Security – IT & OT Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end cyber security operations across both IT and OT environments at a major airport. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on technical leadership to protect critical infrastructure, building systems, and cargo operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security for large‑scale IT and OT environments, including airport infrastructure and cargo systems.
• Lead the Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and red‑team activities.
• Design and implement security architecture and technical controls for cloud, network, endpoint, and OT systems.
• Conduct application security reviews, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Align cyber security initiatives with business strategy, collaborating with IT, operations, HR, and project teams.
• Support and advise on cyber security enhancement projects, especially those involving OT systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security with exposure to both IT and OT environments.
• Proven leadership of a SOC and cyber security operations.
• Strong technical depth in security architecture and controls.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or large industrial sectors is preferred.
