Senior Manager Planning & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Manager Planning & Reporting leads Ooredoo Qatar’s full financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting cycle. You will ensure accurate, timely financial information for business units, executive management and the Ooredoo Group while continuously improving the reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end financial planning cycle, including Annual Operating Plan (AoP), budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports for Ooredoo Qatar and meet Group reporting requirements.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and data integrity in line with IFRS and internal policies.
• Allocate budgets to Business Units, enforce budgetary controls and deliver variance analysis with corrective actions.
• Design and structure financial and non‑financial reports to meet the needs of senior management and business units.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Share performance results with Business Units, provide recommendations and support profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in financial planning, budgeting and reporting within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to partner closely with business units and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
