Senior Manager – Recruitment Sourcing

About the role

QNB is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Recruitment Sourcing function. The incumbent will drive talent acquisition strategies, source high‑quality candidates, and support the bank’s growth objectives across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the AVP Recruitment Sourcing – University Relations to identify and attract top talent through agencies, online platforms, and university channels.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for the recruitment team, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
• Manage the branding budget for university relations and talent sourcing initiatives.
• Classify and shortlist applicants, maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
• Promote cost‑effective sourcing practices while maintaining high quality of hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within delegated authority.

Required skills

• Experience using candidate management systems or databases.
• Familiarity with KPI development and performance monitoring.
• Budget management for branding or recruitment campaigns.
