Senior Oracle APEX Developer & Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

About the role

QTECH AI is seeking a senior professional to design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications while also managing Oracle database environments. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Doha, and combines application development with comprehensive DBA duties.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Oracle APEX applications, including UI, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Integrate APEX applications with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Administer Oracle databases: installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, backup/recovery (RMAN), Data Guard, and security management.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.
• Support ETL processes, data modeling, and data integrity initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, support releases, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Active Oracle APEX and Oracle DBA certifications (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong background in Oracle database administration and data modeling.
• Proven experience with Oracle Reports and enterprise‑level application delivery.
