Senior Projects Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Projects Specialist to lead medium‑scale MV/LV electrical projects, including retrofits, modernisations and critical maintenance. The role owns the full project lifecycle from customer hand‑over to invoicing and payment collection, with a strong focus on margin protection, digital execution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of MV/LV projects: scope validation, procurement, site works, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Use digital platforms (mySchneider, Salesforce, ERP) for project creation, documentation, contract validation and invoicing.
• Track and manage project financials, ensure timely invoicing and cash collection, and present margin analysis.
• Coordinate with Field Services, Engineering and Supply Chain to secure material readiness and execution sequencing.
• Validate project and contract creation via Salesforce and digital sales portals, updating milestones and payment terms in real time.
• Develop and enforce project‑specific HSE plans, identify risks early and implement mitigations.
• Act as primary customer interface, communicate progress, changes and risks, and capture feedback at close‑out.
• Lead internal debriefs to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading MV/LV electrical projects in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage budgets, margins and cash flow.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive digital workflow adoption.
