About the role

Mzad Qatar is looking for a seasoned Senior Real Estate Business Development Specialist to expand its real‑estate advertising portfolio across Qatar. The ideal candidate will leverage deep market knowledge and an extensive network of developers, brokers, and property firms to secure high‑value advertising partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Mzad Qatar's real‑estate advertising business.
• Identify, approach, and onboard developers, brokers, agencies, and property management companies.
• Promote classified listings, premium property ads, and digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with major real‑estate companies and key decision‑makers.
• Represent Mzad Qatar at exhibitions, networking events, corporate meetings, and industry presentations.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate advertising agreements and close high‑value deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within Qatar's real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar's real‑estate, property advertising, classified advertising, or B2B sales.
• Strong, established network within Qatar's real‑estate market.
• Proven ability to work with large corporate clients and property developers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Self‑driven, commercially minded, and results‑focused.
