Server Assistant / Busperson (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Server Assistant/Busperson supports the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, ensuring guests receive a seamless dining experience. Working in a luxury beachfront resort, you will assist servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Food Servers in delivering prompt and courteous service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables according to Four Seasons standards.
• Support the flow of service by delivering dishes, beverages, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and bus racks.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Observe and anticipate guest needs, responding with a proactive attitude.
