Shift Leader – Events (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader – Events who is fluent in Arabic to oversee the smooth execution of banquet and event services. In this position you will lead a team during each shift, ensuring that every event meets the hotel’s high standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the set‑up and breakdown of event spaces, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other internal departments to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Monitor service standards during events and address any issues promptly.
• Manage shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to maintain adequate staffing.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in banquet or events operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of banquet set‑up procedures and service standards.
