Showroom Sales Executive – Arabic Thobes Tailoring

About the role

NASEEJ is seeking a customer‑focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage daily showroom activities in Qatar, assist customers with garment selections, take precise body measurements, and drive sales of Arabic thobes and other made‑to‑measure garments.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate body measurements for customers ordering Arabic thobes and other bespoke garments.
• Welcome customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable fabrics, designs and customization options.
• Enter customer details, measurements and orders into the computer‑based order management system and record sales transactions.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure correct communication of measurements and specifications.
• Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, alterations and after‑sales inquiries, maintaining customer records for repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in tailoring, fashion design, garment manufacturing or the clothing/apparel industry.
• Practical knowledge of taking accurate body measurements, especially for men's garments.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS, CRM or ERP order management systems.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
