About the role
The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at our West Bay Lagoon location, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Working full‑time, you will manage reservations, handle payments and support the spa team in delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule services for individuals and groups using the spa reservation system and confirm appointments by phone.
- Check‑in guests, verify their details and provide a brief orientation of spa facilities.
- Promote and sell spa and salon services, process guest payments and log cash tips.
- Maintain the reservation and cancellation list, inform providers of last‑minute changes and resolve scheduling issues with supervision.
- Balance receipts, scan documents for Accounting and secure the cash bank.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience in a spa, salon or hospitality front‑desk environment.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
