Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform a range of massage and body treatments in line with the spa menu, guest preferences, and quality standards.
• Maintain spotless treatment spaces, tools, and equipment, adhering to sanitation and health regulations.
• Monitor and replenish treatment product inventory, ensuring proper storage and stock levels.
• Complete required documentation accurately, complying with all regulatory and company policies.
• Assist with general spa operations and duties to support seamless service delivery.
