Store Manager – Jewellery Boutique

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing jewellery boutique in Barwa Village, Qatar. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a premium retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally to build loyalty.
• Prepare and analyse store performance reports, KPIs and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures and local regulations.
• Coordinate with Head Office on marketing initiatives, promotions and operational updates.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Previous experience in Tanishq or Titan stores is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of 22K, 18K gold and diamond jewellery.
• Experience in GCC or high‑volume jewellery stores is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or other regional languages a plus.
