Student Life Specialist – Campus Engagement

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology seeks an energetic Student Life Specialist to design, implement and monitor a wide range of student enrichment activities. This role enhances campus life, supports personal and professional development, and aligns with UDST’s mission to contribute to Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Research, develop and coordinate student enrichment programs, events and orientation activities.
• Manage logistical aspects including scheduling, marketing, purchasing and accurate record‑keeping.
• Collect and analyse student feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with student clubs to ensure active participation and membership.
• Provide guidance on university services such as career advice, employment opportunities and financial aid.
• Create and update promotional materials to raise awareness of student development activities.
• Support recruitment, training and development of Student Ambassadors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student engagement or related student services.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse student groups.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and vibrant campus environment.

Required skills

• Experience with event planning and coordination.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports.
• Proficiency in creating promotional and informational materials.
